I have tried contacting the acress through her web page on twitter and through her agency and through her harry potter P.O box but cannot reach her. Can you help me find a way to contact her that she will reach.

You have to keep in mind she has thousands of fans. She can't reply to everyone. She has a busy life too.
She's still pretty famous so unless you paid alot of money to get in contact with her directly your not going to get a response unless you meet her.
