I want to buy a google android and I have to say IM NEW to this whole android thing but I before I buy an google android I want to know if they have a facebook app do they?

Yes... in fact it comes built-in to most Android systems.
The exception is tablets... since Facebook uses the full screen web interface in the Android browser on tablets, there's no need for a FB app for a tablet. There are third-party apps for FB for tablets, but they're unnecessary.
