i joined a ton of pages and groups and i wanna delete them quickly. before, on the old facebook, there were " x's " and you clicked it and you would leave quickly but now they changed it

For fan pages, go to the bottom of the page and click Remove from fans.
For groups, click on leave group below the profile picture.

You can remove the pages with those "x's", but not the groups. This guide will show you the most comfortable way to remove multiple Facebook pages:
