How do you see other peoples BEST FRIENDS on facebook. Not just their normal friends. When someone adds one of their friends as a best friend..how can u see who theyve chosen as their best friends?

The native Facebook application does not have this functionality.
There is an application called Best Friend which users can add to their profile. If you and your friend both have this application added, and you have access to your friend's profile you should be able to see who they have added as their best friend.
