if u want to copy any post u just click the "share" button and the post will automatically appear on your timeline

Other that Share that post as suggested by the other Answerer, you can't copy text in Facebook if you access Facebook via FB apk; to do that you have access FB via web, at least access via FB mobile site https://m.facebook.com/. That's why I uninstalled my FB apk in my mobile long time ago.
