So you know how on Instagram, some people have a lot of followers so it'll say '1.1m followers' or maybe '80k followers'? How much is 'm' and how much is 'k'? (Ex: 100000=1m) <~ I dont know if that's actually right, but if you could answer my question like that example there, that would be great (:

k = thousand, m = million

1k= 1 thousand (1000)
2k= 2 thousand (2000) and etc
1m= 1 million (1,000,000)
1.1m =1 million, 100 thousand (1,100,000) and etc

1k = 1000
10k= 10 000
100k = 100 000
1m = 1 000 000
For them to find out exactly how many followers they have they can use apps such as 'followers +' because it'll tell them exactly when it says 10k on their profile, they might actually have 10 678 but it wont show on their profile until they reach 11k
