No there is no way to know if someone googles someones facebook name, and yes when it says 'page cannot be found' it was most likely deleted.

but if your page "cannot be found" they either deleted the account or there account was suspended.

"Page cannot be found" means he changed his user ID and didn't tell you so you'd stop posting all over his page.

"page cannot be found" means that they don't allow other users to search for their facebook profile

I'm pretty sure you can't tell. Yeah, it probably means that or you clicked on the wrong thing.
