My friends have my twitter account on their phone and I do not want them to have it at all. I don't have their phone with me though... I was wondering if there is a way I can delete my account without their phone?

If you have access to their phones then you could delete your twitter account info from the phone. If you don't have access to their phone then change your account password so their phone no longer has access to your account. You could always delete your twitter account entirely and create a new one.
