I have an old facebook account I want to get rid off but I cant remember my password or the password for by email to reset it so I cant really think of anything.
should I ring facebook or could they not do anything? or is there any other way?

How do I permanently delete my account?
Choose this part.
permanently deleted with no option for recovery, log in to your account and then SUMBMIT Your Request Here. ( You have to log in before you can submit request and have it deleted)
