I have a personal Facebook page, how do I make a fan page for my radio show? I want both to be connected to my e-mail address.

FYI:
1. Facebook fans wont be able to see who is the owner/admin of the page, unless you mention it.
2. Once you log in to your personal facebook account, you can manage your page from upper left 'settings' option, little gear icon.
3. You'll be able to get a custom url for your page once you have minimum of 25 fans.
4. You can create numerous pages and control all pages from your one facebook account.
5. You can assign people as your admin, manager, moderator of your page once they like your page, that way your co-workers/assistants will be able to maintain the page without loging-in to your personal account with specific right control.
