Hello Everybody,
I've recently started a gaming related social network called The Epic Gaming Network with the idea that people will join it and Promote or Discover Clans, Guilds, eSports teams, Game Developers, Gaming videos, Gaming Podcasts, and anything else possibly having to do with gaming like facebook.
I also have the ability for users to create their own profiles, groups and custom pages on the site.

THE PROBLEM - No one is joining, I'm not sure anybody even knows about it. Does anybody have any ideas or ways to get the word out about it besides social media? I've got pages on Facebook, Google+, Twitter etc.. But It seems as though I don't have enough followers yet.
So does anybody have any methods for getting the word out or getting people to join?

Don't worry, I got you covered:
1) Create a youtube channel and advertise your videos with creative and persuasive videos
2) Try to get a sponsorship to raise money for advertising

Google AdWords is probably your best bet btw
