The only way you can do that is to post a link. You do that by a status update, there is a button for it. It usually automatically comes with the title and a short description. It finds pictures from the site and lets you choose which one shows. You can add any words about it on facebook if you want. The link will stay with your profile permanently but it only stays in the timeline temporarily when other people's post comes..
