i was trying to make an app on facebook where ppl can come by and watch funny videos. i would had made it into an ad on facebook but creating an ad on facebook requires you to pay or something. so can someone help me on making this app please?

You DO NOT have to make it into an ad, You need to know a lot about codes for facebook, and also, if you wanted it to be spread around, invite your friends to try it.
