How do you post a picture in a comment through the facebook app? I can't find the little camera icon like how i find it on the desktop or the browser mobile version...

It is not possible to add a photo on a Facebook comment because Facebook doesn't allow HTML in the comments section. You can add application to your page but there is not yet an application to add a photo on the Facebook comment.

You can't do it yet with FB app. You've to access at least FB mobile site https://m.facebook.com/ to do that.

No you can't attach photo in face book comments because face book does not allow html that's why you can't add photos to comments.
