how do i deactivate my facebook account? - adriennemclaren - 03-26-2014 12:46 PM I tried deacitvating my facebook account, but after it said I was successfully deactivated, it said that I could come back any time by just entering my name and password. But the thing is... I want to DEACTIVATE it. As in, I don't want to be able to go back onto my account when I'm bored during exam-study time. Why is facebook so egar for me to come back to it? Ok, well that's not the question, but does anyone know how to deactivate my account so I can't just put in my password to get back on? K, thanks a lot This would be really helpful as facebook is evil and takes over lives. - Alexis - 03-26-2014 12:57 PM Go to home, then go to account, then account settings, then scroll down to 'Deactivate Account', then when you click on it your going to have to give them a reason, after that your gonna have to put in your password, then your account is deactivated - Mary S - 03-26-2014 01:11 PM i dont think you can because i tried before, and the same thing happened to me - 676 - 03-26-2014 01:17 PM the thing is you can only push deactivate and your account is gone but you can log in and it all comes back..
