Question about Twitter followers? - Colton - 03-26-2014 04:30 PM

How do new people find me on Twitter if they don't know how to find me? How do I find new people to follow? I just joined a week ago after leaving Facebook because it got geeeyyyy, and I'm not sure how to expand from my group of Facebook friends/people I already know. How do I reach out to other Twitter users and ultimately gain new followers? P.s. I don't want to use anything like twiends or other follower trains, that's kind of "cheating" Lol.

Just share your link. You could share here as well and anyone can follow you up. And one thing more people on twitter only follows those who follow them back. That's how it is. So don't forget to follow others too

Use your real name on your account for a bit (not the @ part, but just the display name) so when you appear on "People you may know" for your friends, they'll know who you are.

Usually if you find one or two of your friends and follow them, they'll follow back and other of your friends will find your twitter (People you may know) and follow you too. It helps if you can get one of your friends to Retweet you so all their followers can see your new account.

Well, you can post your twitter name on your Facebook account so that your friends will be able to follow you. This way you will get suggestions on twitter on who to follow and you will get many followers.

Well once you joined and you want people to follow you better stay active, tweet a lot, with funny, original comments, follow back as well or you can buy followers. This is an example
