twitter stands for text of what im thinking to everyone reading.
so if you're hungry, or you have a question about something you can type that in there lol. (ex:i just ate the best cookies ever)
@person's name is like commenting them on myspace. just type @____(then there name) and w,e u wanna say (ex: @iloveskittles hey whats up?)
follow means that you'll get there updates.
