How do you tell if someone has denied your Facebook friend request? - em - 03-26-2014 10:54 PM
I added this girl I know on Facebook yesterday, but I'm not sure if it went through. It says "Add as Friend" on her profile, so I don't know if she denied it, or if it just didn't go through.
She's active, and I only sent one request. We worked together, and I can't think of anything I did to her. :/ So...I don't know why she denied it.

It usually goes through, If she isn't active than she probably hasn't seen it, but if she is active and you have sent multiple requests than she is most likely denying them :/. Good luck

You dont receive any notification for denial of facebook friend requests. However, if u sent a friend request to anyone and now you are again seeing the button 'Add as friend', then the user has certainly denied/deleted your request!

Well u can try one more time an add her, make sure it says friend requested. Then in a few days check again & see if it says friend requested or add as friend.

It could have been either one. Try again, and if it fails again then she denied it.
