I made a fake facebook account, not as a joke, and i'm not doing anything illegal, just talking to my friend. i had faked my location, just so no one will try to find me.Will I get in trouble for it?

No, but Facebook stores everything about your location anyways because it's based on your IP address. So although your friends probably won't be able to find you and you won't get in trouble, don't be surprised to start seeing ads for products and services that are in your area.

it violates facebook's terms and conditions - you wont "get in trouble" for it, but facebook will eventually delete it
