I've had my account for about 2 years now. And now I will want to change my icon, it won't let me because it says "internal server error" same with the header and sometimes that background. it really pisses me off because it won't let me change my account. Why does this happen?

sometimes happened due to browser .. use another browser to see if the same error persists ..
You can also try cleaning the browser cache and cookies and then try to do the same ... for cleaning cache in chrome go to "Settings" --> "Show advance settings" --> Clean privacy data ( Under "Privacy" heading )
