You should probably delete the post beforehand. But I'd assume Facebook would remove any posts from the person you've blocked.
You can check by simply unblocking them temporarily to check if the post is still there.

Yes They Can Still See It Unless They Block That Person As Well But you and The Other Person Wont Be Able to See it Tho
