I have trouble uploading comments, refreshing my news feed, etc. My internet is perfectly fine. Am I the only one or is everyone having this problem?

It may not be the App. Try closing all of your apps. If that doesn't work try holding the home button and the lock button for 7 seconds, or when the screen goes dark.
