do you want "good friends"? or do you want "a lot of fake friends"?
they are two very different things
if you try to just add a bunch of random strangers, facebook will eventually suspend your account, because that's against the rules
if you pay for fake accounts to add you as a friend, those accounts will eventually get deleted, and you will have wasted your money
what is the reason you want lots of "friends" on facebook? does it feed your ego? or is your plan to try and somehow make money from it? (that is not possible)
keep in mind that transferring accounts to someone else (selling them) is a violation of the terms of service
keep in mind that using your account to advertise things (spamming) is also a violation of the terms of service
