Nothing - they're just people using certain hash tags to make there post look more "authentic". Both of these hash-tags are alliterations. An alliteration is when the first letter/sound is present in a series of words... like, "Bob bought Ben's BBQ", they all start with B.
Anyway, they mean the same thing - there is no difference.
