so my friend had a weird profile and i clicked get this profile and now mines all weird like it is set up differently, how do i turn it back?

You cant. Facebook is trying to force people into the new profile but i dont like it either...
Deactivate your account, wait about 20 minutes and then sign into facebook and it shud be back to normal.

Unfortunately there is no way to switch back to the old design after you upgrade to the new Facebook profile. As Facebook is implementing this change gradually, sooner or later all the users will have the new profile, and there is no way back from it.
