The only way it will let me put a pic is if I connect my account to Facebook and really didnt want to do that , is there any other way to do it?
I'm using a iPad , and what the 1st person commented didnt help :/

go to your profile by clicking your name on the upper right corner. then, hover your mouse over the area that has the generic no-profile pic sign. click that and then you should have 2 options, facebook or upload. click upload and choose a pic from ur computer
