I run 2 fan pages for different people and I was wondering if there is a good way to interact with my followers because I cant seem to get them to retweet anything or rather. Any ideas?

Facebook dropped down the reach of any post. So before it happend if you had a fan page with 10.000 only 10% saw your post. Now the new facebook algorithm dropped it to 2%.
So my oppinion is to leave facebook and concentrate on twitter. It's the best solution at this moment.
Now if you want more activity through you facebook fan pages you need to promote some posts.
