Niall Horan (member from One Direction said he's going to be calling those who follow a certain account. What does that mean?? Like calling on Skype, or what?? Please tell me I'm a HUUUGE directioner, no mean comments please!

You need to have a twitter account and be following this person. He will post messages on his twitter account and you will just read them as he posts when you are logged in.
