When I search her name she pops up
Once I tap on her name a screen pops up and says " Content not available"
Or when I check my past statuses that she liked, it still has her like but her name no longer appears.

it seems like she just closed her facebook account.

i think she blocked you. you can try n check with new account if still you see the same than she deleted her account.

Seems She just closed her Facebook account, try to create a new account with another name and send her request and ,try to analysis what actually going on?

The Only Way to Find Out Is Ask One of your Friends to Look Up her Profile if they Can Access it and you Cant Than you Been Blocked
If They Cant Access Her Profile Either Than She May Have Deactivated Her Profile
