i want to buy an lg prada 3...and i am wondering if i can download instagram with it's market "it have-Android 2.3 Gingerbread"
and can i update the vireson if i want?...so it can fit downloading the instagram??

Firstly, yes you can download Instagram.
Secondly, why would you want something with software from 3 years ago, get something newer well my personal favourite is android, but you could get a cheap windows or android phone with at least windows phone 8 or android 4.2
