and want to add friend and they not on face book,
how do i get them added as friend without facebook

No facebook account, you can't add them.

Its mandatory to have a Facebook account of their ,to add your friend(s) in Facebook.

You Cant Add Them as a Friend if They Dont Have Facebook if you Cant Find them By Email it May Not Be Associated With There Account They May Have Used a Different Email Try Typing There First and Last Name in and See if you Can Find Them
