i got a notification that someone had liked your post or comment, when i checked the post it appeared to be posted by me but i had never posted that. on the bottom of the post it was sayin posted via email, when i checked my email, i had an inbox facebook notification sent my own id. it happened to me twice. can someone tell me who is posting them

Have you ever clicked one of those spam links? They can get into your account and start posting a lot of things.
But since it's from your email, change your email password and your facebook password to something maybe longish, or at least difficult. If it doesn't stop after that, contact facebook to see if they have any suggestions.

Looks like you have been hacked. It could be a computer error also, though I highly doubt it. Change both your facebook and email passwords. Good luck!!!!

If your account is sending out spam (ex: advertisements or suspicious links) or was taken over by someone else, secure it here: http://www.facebook.com/hacked
