i am doing so well as a cancer patient and want to reach out to other patients. I have put the settings to public but something is missing. please help!! i have brain cancer so i'm having trouble with this!

Breast cancer? Brain cancer?
This question is better suited to the Facebook category. However, just because you make your timeline public doesn't mean that people will go to it.
