Hello, I recently can no longer get on site notifications for facebook. I do get the emails, but nothing on the website. If someone comments on a photo I get an email but the nothing in the notifications bar.

Then you should go into Account- Account settings and if you look around in there it should say something about e-mails and notifications. Toggle around with those and see if that will work.
