One of my bosses said he keeps track of people who view his profile. Is this illegal? Can he get kicked off of facebook for this?

it's not possible to see who views your profile, your bossing is just making things up

You can't track who views your profile, so your boss is probably saying that just to keep employees from checking out his profile.
