Asking if the profile new timeline, makes the laptop more vulneable to spyware? And can it still bring spyware or viruses, even if i don't do it?
Thanks in advance

Facebook is the Virus

it's just as safe as the old profile - there's no difference in spyware/virus vulnerability

You have no idea. The government is watching more than we know.

Idk. Facebook pre-timeline is a threat to your security already

Spyware is probably not going to be an issue. The security issue is mostly that this is a new feature and people may find a way to exploit it. I don't think this it is a threat from a computer hacking position but may it can be a threat by revealing new information about you. I would not worry about it, these things are resolve pretty quickly.

Hi there, it's completely safe because face book is run by the most elite group of programmers. There's no chance you can get spyware unless you download something from a fake link or a pop-up.I heard that if someone can hack into their system, they are rewarded so that it won't happen again. The only thing you should be concerned in face book is your privacy. How much do you want the government or a stranger at a distant to know about you? Everything you post there even kept hidden can be seen/accessed/stored for a century if they like. You must have known if you have owned a website in past. You get every access to whoever signs up to your network. I would not be concerned about security, but privacy and freedom. Good luck Smile
