This irritates me so much.
How can i fix this?

i had same problem too!!
i used mozilla firefox and the problem was resolved!

-> page style
-> basic page style.

May be it was browser problem or in your browser you install some add-on which is making trouble.If you install latest browser and don't add any add-on it will be solve.

it usually means they are doing an update also fire fox has gone the way of internet explorer chrome is best to use now just keep refreshing it or use safari to see if the page is fully loading thats what i do

Its like that because your internet connection is not good so the explorer uses html
