Every time I check my email, I always have these notifications from facebook.
Like new comment or message and all of that.
How can I get it so Facebook stops sending me these notifications ?
... Sorry if this is a dumb question, I just don't know how too.

Go to Facebook Account Settings then go to Notification Settings. There you can change what you want to get notified with on your email.
