so i'm friends with this guy on fb, and i accidentally unfollowed him. if i follow him again, will he be notified. i just dont want to appear like a creep

If you are friends, then that won't matter. "Following" is really only valid for people whom are not friends and that appear in your timeline on "Public" Tweets.
