Try speech therapy and it might help.
Best of luck. Smile

There's a lot of things that can cause it my freind has the same problem but his isn't a on off type of deal he stutters all of the time the one thing that has helped him is talking a lot more than what he used to a couple of years back he would always ask me to do the talking for him bc he was embarrased but i said no ur going to have to get over feeling embarassed and stop worrying about what others think of u its something u can't control and ever since then when he talks to people he dosent stutter as bad.

I stutter because my mind is going 100 miles a hour. I have learned to slow down or write down what I want to say to make myself clear. Sometimes it doesnt always work but I keep trying. Also speech therapy might work as well.

You need to see a therapist or a doctor. it not a serious issue.

"Self Therapy for the Stutterer" published by The Stuttering Foundation worked wonders for my family members who stuttered after working through it step by step. The book can be found here http://www.stutteringhelp.org/sites/default/files/Migrate/book0012_11th_ed.pdf
It is great for those who do not have access to speech therapy.
