Should companies bow down to social media pressure? - Anthony Perez - 03-29-2014 07:32 PM

I just saw a article about Abercrombie bowing down to social media pressure over some T-short about Taylor Swift. If I was running a company, I think I would not care about Social Media Pressure.. What about you?

Sure, piss off your customers. That's always a sound business strategy.

It is not a matter of should or should not, but keeping customers happy. No firm can afford to ignore how the public feels unless they don't depend on customers. You don't see airlines using movies with airplane crashes for in flight entertainment
