actually page does'nt have a manager-level admin. i m content creator and only admin of the page. waiting..for the answers..

Then, yes it will be deleted, unless you make one of your friends Admin or you create a dummy account just to keep the page alive.

yes, any pages you created will be orphaned if there is no other top level admin, and then deleted
