No one knows. Farmville said it was "Coming soon" months ago. They haven't hinted as to when it would be released, but it should be out there within 2-3 months.
When Farmville says "Coming Soon", Coming Soon = 3-6 months.

I read somewhere that the farmville farmer's market will be rolled out in the summer (june/july).
