Facebook does not tell you who visited your profile,
Yes a person can save or copy a picture of you,
and no you can not delete tagged pictures of yourself.
to delete pictures that you have on your profile it would be under my pictures

there's an application my friend told me about where you can see who visits your prfile, but i don't know what it is. sorry. yes anyone can save your pictures, and you can't delete photo's if they aren't added by you, but you can un-tag them so your friends don't see it.

1) facebook itself doesn't let u know who visited ur profile
2) advertisement that says will tell u who went on your profiles are lie
3)yeah,easily,just right click save picture as
4)you cant delete them but underneath the photo u can untag urself
