How to hide profile pictures on Facebook? - Lemon - 03-30-2014 10:03 AM
I want to hide my profile pictures on Facebook (so that they can see the picture I currently have, but cannot open it/make it bigger or look at the other profile pictures). When I click on my profile > photos > albums, and then try to click the little gear under my profile pictures album it doesn't happen anything.
Can anyone help me to hide the pictures?

profile picture can't hide
so you can delete it in case of privacy issue.

you can't hide your profile picture from your friends.
in case of privacy issue you can delete it from your timeline.

It can't be hidden but you can use the Default one.
go to your Facebook wall-> put your cursor on your profile picture-> Edit profile picture-> X Remove...-> click Okay-> Done.

Facebook now has set the profile album to friends. If you wanna hide those photos in your facebook, you have to do it one by one.
Go to your timeline, click on your profile picture so it is opened, on the right side of the picture (the white portion), below your name, there shows the date you posted your picture, right beside the date, there's a button you can choose who do you want share your photo with.
Unfortunately, if you have many photos, you have to do it one by one. If you're lazy, you could just delete all rest of your photos.
I've set all my pictures in profile picture album as 'Only Me' so that only me could see my profile picture album, and other people can't click into my album.
