I don't think it's deleted just hidden or blocked for a little bit, until you confirm your phone number. Someone probably reported yo for spamming.

Take action. I had the same problem. It appears that Facebook has some overly-cautious policies that, although they may be purposed to benefit their users, can really be aggravating. They have no contact information available to users either, which is just obnoxious.
Facebook blocked my account, just out of the blue, for only God knows what reason. Anyway, I was able to e-mail them through their web site:

My personal Facebook account is disabled.
Under
Disabled for violating Facebook's Statement of Rights and Responsibilities there is a hotlink that says "click here" - Select that - It looks like this:

You will be directed to a form. Fill it out and submit.

After all this, I still received a request for ID. They claim that they need to confirm I'm who I say I am and to make sure that I don't have multiple accounts. That's weird, considering that I hardly use Facebook and have 0 friends because I don't accept friend requests. I'm not a fan of social networking sites.
I went to:
http://www.facebook.com/help/contact.php?show_form=compromised_identification
and sent them a scanned image of my state photo ID. That should clarify the issue.

you must have used a device your account is not used to you using. example, i use my computer, then when i used my phone it asked me that the next time i used the computer. its a safety thing.

No, it doesn't mean that facebook deleted your profile. They just wanted to confirm your account by your phone number.. When you submit your phone number, you can use your facebook..
