on a normal unrooted GS4???????? NO!
On a rooted GS4 with "Emoji for Root Users" app installed on it... yes!
Emoji is ONLY native to IOS.... its not programmed into the based code of Android like it is in IOS... that is why Android users cant see them........ however, if you root, you can alter the internal code.... and get this app above, it will install Emoji code into the baseline....... thus giving you the ability to see Emoji ANYWHERE on the phone, any app, etc etc etc just like na iphone....
now if you wanna type Emoji "any where on the phone, any app, etc, just like iphone", you will need "Emoji Keyboard" app
Both apps, "Emoji Keyboard" and "Emoji for Root Users" app are made by the same dev.... KLNCITY1....
