okay so im looking to buy a tablet but im not sure which one i need

it must meet ALL of these specifications
please make a list of 5 that meet these qualifications otherwise i feel like everyone will just say ipad

1. it must have a video camera that can record videos up to 20 minutes at least(with a decent quility camera)

2. i need to be able to upload my videos to my youtube channel easily

3. it must have fast internet browsing i use websites such as ebay facebook twitter youtube etc.

4. i would like it to have games and other apps i could buy and download easily so it must have an app store

5.this one is not necessary but i would like to keep it as cheap as possible but it must meet all these specifications i dont want to have to spend 600 dollars on an ipad but i will if i have to
