It seems that your site is not really just something that will benefit people in your area. Google Adwords is a good program as is the same on Yahoo. You can also post on blogs of related substance.

1. Use Google Adwords for your website
- This will target niche market (ensure that keywords are selected carefully)

2. Use BLOG to promote it.
- From the first page of the website, it is not easy to understand what it does?
- With a BLOG, you can tell people what you have done on your website and also let people get connected to you.

3. Use article to promote your website
- Example like "the story of Karma", use it to write an article on it and at the author signature, get people to visit your site.
- This will definitely target the correct audiences for your site.

4. By Word-of-Mouth marketing.
- Get friends or friends of friends to promote this site.

5. By social networks
- Friendster, Facebook, MySpace and etc
- Setup a Group to discuss Karma and lead them to your website..

Your website is a disaster waiting to happen. I guarantee you that you get sued for libel and slander. I'm not joking, you seriously should consider taking that website down.
