I have probably over 500 liked pages on Facebook that I'd like to unlike. Is there away to do this all at once in a mass delete of some sort or do I have to click on each page individually and unlike them one at a time?

This is not possible as it is certainly not normal for a user to suddenly "unlike" all the pages they have previously "Liked"

you cant mass delete them, but you also dont have to go to each page to unlike it
go to your timeline, then click on the LIKES box to the right of your profile picture
click edit, and then you can delete them there by clicking on them once and then pressing DEL on your keyboard
and dont forget about scrolling down to the link that says "other pages you like" - a lot of the more spammy ones are listed there
